Im just wondering how many people know about this, i heard it is going to be pretty big because it is the 100th year they have been around. And are going to try make it one of the biggest conventions that has happened in the southern hemisphere.
Anyways on to some more interesting news, i have been working with this really great man, his name is Gene McCarthy, he has been helping me out with my magic supplying me with dvds, books, magazines and everything and has now sponsored me to go to this convention 
This convention is from the 7th to the 9th of July

Hmmm...It looks like I need to travel to Australia!
The "Dutch Magic Congress & Convention 2007" is during my final exams in May so I can't go but during the Austalian I have my holidays

*EXCITED* The convention time is very near. I will be taking lots of photos i hope to share with you all that cant make it (im assuming most of you). But im sure it will be great

Man o man, the convention was wicked! All the lectures were awesome, especially eugene burger and jeff mcbride. Saw heaps of awesome magic. It was a brilliant convention.
Gaetan Bloom lost his luggage and had to come up with a trick for the public magic show within 48 hours. He ended up doing an awesome effect with a spectators card ending up in a kiwifruit which was inside a orange which was inside a watermelon which was inside a lettuce. But before that he took out a kiwifruit and cut it open but his card wasnt in it, so he chopped up an orange and then chopped up all those fruits n veges and put them into a box. shook the box and there was only the lettuce.
But yep it was great, he managed to get a hold of his luggage and did his lecture on the last day which was awesome

Hahaha yeah they stayed at the same hotel as us too. I was in the lift with Shoot Ogawa, Lennart Green, Jeff Mcbride and Eugene Burger all at the same time lol! I so wanted to ask for a group photo but didnt want to be too rude
