The new MVD will have a "Friends List" feature which will allow a member to upload a "private" video that is only available to members on their Friends List. Please note that private videos must still be approved by staff, and must remain magic related and MVD appropriate. This feature will follow the launch of the new MVD, hopefully within a few weeks.

Hey, how about a more updated voting poll... it's been the same question for 5 months or more.
Or you could just get rid of it, either way doesnt matter to me.

Something else: instead of that voting poll thing or the featured member of the day, how about a birthday list?
Instead of the those poll and member of the day things: "Today is Bucky's 49th Birthday, he got %x-NR% congratulations from his fellow mvd members, happy birthday to you"
Something like that would be kinda funny (especially if you add the age haha)

This would take some real magic, considering that MVD does not require a birthdate upon registration, and therefore doesnt have anybirthdates on file.
As for the poll, everything wil be new/different when the new site launches.

Just curious when the new site is about to launch should we expect a shutdown of mvd? or will it be up and running the whole time?

I think maybe having a who's online thing which has a list of people that are online on the main page so we dont have to click on that Members Online thing to check. And go back and forth to see if someone is still online etc... Just an idea...
