| actually there have been many changes to the site in the past year.2 I can think of without looking is the site design and embedded video.

Even if you don't praise the efforts of Andrew atleast don't be so RUDE. Andrew has not forced any of us to be members of this wonderful site, we are here of our own accord. It is nobodys business to know whether/what Andrew gets out of this. If any one wants to leave one can leave no need to paint Andrew all black.

I totally agree with Raj. This site provides us with a wonderful service for which nobody pays for. Probably this site generates revenue by ads. The least we can do is to click on those ads and help this site.

So people seem to be wanting to rate the videos like there is no tomorrow. But look rating only makes things worse... it prevents people with less skill to post their videos and it sort of begins grudges among the more experienced magi.
Favorite list is the way to go!
