I wanted to make a coin to glass that use no;
-sleeves
-opaque glass
-extras
-gimmicked coins
-gimicked glass.
And I came up with this! Tell me what you think. Also I don't claim to have created it, I used a move I created but could have been used before because of it's ''simpleness''.

I think you are on the right track. But my opinion, and I've said more or less this on your video, is that you have created 1 phase of your coins to glass routine. It's a great phase mind you, but I don't think all 4 coins should go the same way...

David Stone (unless my memory is failing) has a similar method on volume 2 of his coin technique video. I agree with the other posters in regards to sequencing. Using the same method for all 4 phases isn't generally a good strategy.

| I agree with the other posters but did not say about your right hand as you reach for a cup. Your hand doesn't looks natural... too stiff as you reach for a cup. That's explain why the posters warn not do the same movement for just 4 coins. One will do just fine since specator will not "catch" the repeating. Hope you know what I mean.

Ditto , as above;
You also need to look at the way you are showing your left hand ! as the effect goe,s on, your hand turns further towards you body and, your hand closes tighter with every turn.

If you can, get a hold of MAGIC magazine from August 2008 (the Daniel Garcia issue). It features his coin to glass which I have to say is a stroke of genius. After hearing Joshua Jay say the advantage of Garcia's method is that it looks like real magic I had to learn it. It is not easy and I still can't get it every time, but I can see that once you get the knack of this one, you've got a real stunner. No gimmicks, no false transfers, no palming or awkward hand positions. You have the coin on your flat palm, you bang the glass down onto your palm a couple of times and that's it- it's inside the glass. After doing it in front of the mirror I agree that it looks pretty amazing.
If you are going to continue with your method, I must echo some of the other posters on 2 points. First, that right hand is so un-natural looking that even to a layman you're telegraphing that there is something sneaky going on. Second, this is one of those effects that is a "quick and dirty" type of affair. It doesn't stand up well with four coins unless you're really going to vary the method each time and really make it into some type of routine, which will require you to also justify the repetition. Or maybe start with one coin penetrating and then as a "challenge" make 2 go through at once. The way it stands now, by the third coin I was looking at my watch thinking ok, let's finish this up. But you've got the foundations of something decent there so keep at it. Also look into Garcia's method, you'll be glad you did!
