This is the first time I've heard of the Quantimental effect but it seems to be quite well known among mentalists.
I've been Googling and apparently Quantimental belongs to a mentalist Ed Mellons who originally performed it using coloured balls, then he got his head together with a guy called James Swoger who engineered it. There seems to be various "variations" of it around, ranging from an inexpensive one using coloured plastic tubes to hand-made wooden racks that use cards, all of them have different names. There seem to be some limited editions around and one called Card-I-Mental
If you're feeling flush then there's one on Flea Bay here, and another one a bit nearer to you here.

Recap: With the performer head turned around, four or five objects such as tiles or cards are taken one by one from five random spectators and placed hidden in their pockets. The performer turns around and instantly knows what each spectator is by having them think of the object design they hold.
It's a nice sounding routine and sounds easy to perform. An interesting selection and the one with the envelopes looks good; Card-I-Mental is portable and naturally allows for the different types of objects such as the option for an ESP demonstration.
That would depend on the act as there are other similar but stronger routines where, for example, the objects are not seen by the spectators when they take them.
