One of the best resources in my opinion for a huge variety of different CTW effect, as well as many ideas that should get your creativity flowing, is Kevin Jame's DVD.

Ahhhh...the Holy Grail of CTW.

I don't know if any signed CTW is really "fast and easy". Good luck though.

Think reeeeaaaal hard about this, at moments you might find a solution, and mostly that solution will create new problems, finding a way to achieve such an effect takes time and effort. 

 I have tried many ctw's, I haven't found anything I usible for myself yet, so momentarily the only answer we have, lies in our minds:)

I wouldn't exactly call it the best but KAOS (Surgical Card Through Window) is impromptu , fast , signed and very examinable , all you need is the deck and any window in the whole world.
