How do I activate my account?
After you register for your Magic Video Depot account, you will receive an email that includes an activation link. You must click this link to activate your account.
How do I customize my profile and add a photo (icon)?
Login to your account. Then click on Profile under My Home at the top of the page. Use the change and edit links to update your profile.
How do I enter the magic video contests?
Simply upload your video to enter. If your video follows the contest requirements, such as a video with a specific routine or theme, it is automatically entered.
How do I claim my prize if I win?
It is the responsibilty of the contest winner to send their shipping information to us via email within 30 days of the winner being announced.
How are contest winners chosen?
Currently, contest winners are chosen by the MVD team. We are working on a way for members to vote and will make an announcement when this is available.
How do I upgrade my member level?
You must be nominated by current member of that group.
