Help! I did not receive my account confirmation email!
Some spam filters may prevent you from receiving our emails. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your "Junk" or "Spam" email folder. If you do not see your activation email in your Inbox or Junk Mail folder, please follow the instructions below.
1. Login to your email account and add the following email addresses to your "Safe" or "White" list. Replace [AT] with @.
- admin[AT]magicvideodepot.com
- newsletter[AT]magicvideodepot.com
- noreply[AT]magicvideodepot.com
2. Send us an email to admin[AT]magicvideodepot.com with the required information:
- The email MUST come from the email address that you registered with.
- You MUST include "Registration Help" in the email subject line.
After you complete the 2 steps above you should receive a notice regarding the activation of your account.
