I like the feel of this trick. A lot. It's the type of trick that can fit in a lot of different places. The idea of doing it in someone else's hand is pretty sweet. Neat stuff.
Daley show is indeed one of the most magical effects, especially if you use the spectators hand instead of the table. And try to handle them more smoothly, not so rough and tense, loosen it up and build the magical atmosphere, will get you better reactions ;)
i don't think your handling was all that bad, but just the trick itself wasn't all that impressive. It seemed like you were telling them what was going to happen before you flipped everything over. Let it be a suprise. And then try to add a twist if you can.
Je ne crois pas que le problème soit ta technique proprement dite, mais plutôt la source. Duvivier aime s'approprier ce qui ne lui appartient pas comme c'est le cas ici. Il s'agit d'un tour du Dr. Daley que Duvivier a massacré comme toujours en croyant l'améliorer. Si tu veux vraiment un français qui en jette, vois du côté de Bernard Billis à l'époque de Stars of magic series, WOW! Excellentes routine de cartes (rien à voir avec ce qu'il présente au plus grand cabaret du monde, bien que parfois il m'épatte encore) Ta technique est bonne et on voit que tu travaille bien. Bravo!
I hope you're not let down or discouraged. I can tell you put a lot of work in preparing the video for us and I've read all the other comments which dont seem exactly praising. Just know that you're on the right track - we all start here. The video just lack a magical feel for some reason and like everyone else I feel it may be your handling of the cards being unnatural. The smoother it gets over time - the bigger and better reactions you'll receive. Good luck
I agree with Luke, Your handling needs more work on you seemed quite un-natural with the cards. There are loads of examples of Dr daleys last tricks. If you type it in the search bar you will see lots of videos. One video i do recommend that you watch is Hayashi video on this. Anyways keep practicing my freind.
