I would roll back my sleeves. If not, some might think it went up the
sleeves.
Or you can say "You think it's up the sleeves?.... it might
be.... let's see...."
then produce it out of a spectator's sleeve (simply insert the
gimmick in someone's sleeve and pull it out of there). This is
an idea by Roger Klause who does this with a vanishing spongeball.

ive just learned this one have the tt in place and silk covering it.
Ask for a bank note and place note in mouth.mumbley what you are doing
and make the silk vanish then with the tt hand take note out of mouth
and wave over hand. place tt behind bank note and pull out silk and
drop to table. bill fold bank note into tt then pick up silk and pull
out note behind silk.. hope you can follow this kc

your english is great.As is the tipwork.

the next phase is a simple one, and one i have used for many, many
years.
you explain that the silk doesnt realy vanish. What happens is, it
gets smaller, and smaller. So small, that you cant see it.
In fact, its so small that i can hide it anywhere i like,Say....Your
ear for example..

you then get a child, preferably with long hair, and pull the silk
from his or her ear.

Its easy to do. Place the ***** *** against the childs ear, and reach
in and pull out the silk with the other hand.
i then follow on, by pulling out a mouth coil from the childs ear.

it beats pulling a coin out hands down!
