Nice sanwich combinations you have there. Its so nice to see a video in
which the magician is talking, and not just the usual
rap/death/gangster soundtrack over a few false cuts.

Giong
to check out your other vids.

Nice work

Hey mate, you alrite?

Routine was really good. As the
others have said, although you're performing to other magicians, just
don't move your hands if it's not part of the trick, so don't throw in
too many dribbles (I usually do flourishes in between tricks, but
during, it becomes a distraction).

But hey that's a smaller
point. The routine was good, although aybe cut out three and go
straight to four. I remember Sankey does something like the last
phase, and he does an invisible palm type reveal for showing Mrs.
Betsy's card between the jacks.

But good work mate.

Thanks mate.Yes the invisible palm is a good way for revelation at the
end.I know Bill Malone uses this revelation too.I will look at this in
detail.Thanks for comments.

Kevin...Hands moving around to fast, where? if your applying to the
first effect, there suppossed to.Also this is done in a "sharing with
other magicians way",Not a DEMONSTATION of my act.Lower res does'nt
help.

Everyones style varies.Mine is a close-up, casual,
joking, with lots of participation & interaction from spectators which
is why I probably move around alot(remember you have to give everyone
around you a look at whats going on.).I try to be natural first then
improve slowly as this I believe is the only way for me.I will look
deeper into this when i get a vid of pro performance to see where i
can improve.Thanks for comment.

In my opinion there was way too much movement. Both your hands keep
moving back and forth, and my eyes had to follow you as if I was
trying to follow a fly in the room. Steady your hands a bit. Some
magicians talk a lot about framing. I think it could be helpful for
you to make your magic better.

hey man, great routine. I agree with Aramis. Phase 1 appears stronger
than phase 2.
What I like about it is the fact you can stop
whenever you want. But I am a strong believer of the number 3 in a
routine. Three phases, 3 cards, 3 ...
4 seems a lot to me, but
that's just me

What is the patter you use for this routine?

Aramis - Yes your right.I've rally just done this casualy to share
routine,so revelation should be much better than shown.
/>Again the order of routine is arse about face for strength, but I've
found it flows easier for me.Im just one of thoses lazy persons who
try to make things as easy as posible. However, thats why i've posted,so
I can get some more ideas etc.

The 4th phase (optical
finish) was shown to me by a magician friend named Mike, which was the
combination at the end.

As you can tell,Im always thinking
outside the box (so to speak) thats why I try multi-phase routines.Hit
& miss, trial & error.Thats how you learn something new &
unique. Thanks again for your comments there much appreciated.

Slick work as always. I think you could have timed the revelation a
bit better for the first phase. To my mind, the first phase is much
stronger than the second. I would do the 'in the deck sandwich' first.
What do you think?
I'd never seen phase 4, is that yours? Looks
very cool.
