Beautiful to watch. The patter really supports the effect.
You
obviously put a lot of work into this.
Keep them coming...

Fantastic work! Good card handling, excellent patter...pure magic.
Carl would have been proud of this performance.

Yet, I
wonder - the patter, although rhythmic and flowing, conveys the
magician as a trickster, and it is the audience's job to catch him
out. Does this fit within your own character and personality? If not,
then I'm sure that if you love to use a rhyming patter for this trick,
you can create one for yourself.

Just my two Aussie cents.

Hey, thanks for the comment. I asked Carl's permission to use this as
well as showed him the video, and he was very happy with what Ive done
with it (pffew!)

The reason I chose to use this patter is
because this is the way I present my magic, it fits my style. It goes
perfectly with what I do and how I use it. Otherwise I wouldnt of
course.

Once again, thanks for your comment,
Lucas

Reset was always one of those routines I never really wanted to learn. In many ways, it fooled me when I first saw it, and I just enjoyed the trick for what it was. I never thought I would perform it...Until Carl Kefford.

When I first started doing magic, I ran into Carl on a few forums and saw this video of him performing Reset. I instantly fell in love. Carl's patter was just sheer genius, and presented the trick exactly how I believe it should be presented.

So with Carl's blessing, I'm proud to present you with Reset In Rhyme. You can find Carl's original video here:

Carl has that english accent that has a certain appeal that I just can't match. So check his out as well!

This video just wouldnt be very Lucas-esque if I didn't add something of my own onto it, so, in what's starting to become popular fashion for me, I added the whole "aces being red" sequence. I even tried to rhyme a little, although its nothing compared to Carl! haha
