About Me Close up and street magician for six years now. What can I say about myself, well I am deeply inspired by Dai Vernon, such incredible ideas and concepts for endless uses... I can't deny I especially work with cards... but I am a thinker, I do not concentrate on buying new routines... I love to think of new effects and routines myself, I love origanality.
Presentation is essential to me, first i practice a trick, then think of what to say, do etc.
Over the year's I've developed many many ideas, some amaze... and some bore, so I still gather up my successful routines and concentrate on experimenting with patter, psychology involved, timing etc.
Watching magic being performed to my eyes pleases me, but performing to them... for their reactions, pleases me so much more. You must think carefully of what to perform to your spectators, are they young? Are they grabby? Are they easily amazed... You cannot waste months of practicing for 'Oh the card has changed'.
Think about exactly what to say, how to say it, maybe afew jokes etc... A trick is like a cake, and will need icing... trust me.
