Any of the effects with obvious editing in between is not meant to be
taken as one routine. Yes, with one Gecko and one G.T. gimmick you can
perform the spellbound routine where you transform the coin twice
(such as in the video: penny to quarter, quarter to toonie). It's the
G.T. gimmick that allows you to accomplish this. You can't do it with
just a Gecko.

Sorry the pervious post was too long and messed up. Corrections are:
non-s = non-stop: which be don = which can't be done. Hope that
clears it up.

My only question is how many of these effects can be done in a
sequence like the video seems to suggest? There were a few obvious
editing cuts but many parts looked pretty seamless despite many
changes & what looked like multiple transpositions (or
transformations) taking place one after the other. Nothing I know of
in terms of gimmicks would allow this. Does the use of only one Gecko
and one GT really allow multiple non-stop changes like this? If so,
it really is unbelievable.

PS: I can use the Black Widow
to do any of one these, but ONLY one without reset which can't be don
in front of the audience.

I'm really not sure. He should be filming it already, but he's
probably not done just yet. Last time we spoke it was delayed a bit
because of a few problems outside of the project. I saw a video
recently on Youtube of the G.T. Gimmick and the guy says Jim said
it'll be released in June 2009. That should bee soon, but I don't see
it happening. My guess is somewhere in the next few months. Thanks for
the comments guys!

If I shot it any further away (to increase how much more you can see
around the magic), it would have been more fuzzy than it already is. I
am not lapping or dropping anything... This is the G.T. Gimmick used
along with the Gecko... I have several videos using the Gecko standing
up and you see everything, one of which I use the G.T. Gimmick
standing up and I use it to split a dollar into four quarters, as I
have done in this one. I'm not cheating anybody, I want to show you
the magic as close as possible. I don't have a million dollar camera.

Curious...why not pan out so that we can see your arms? Is your
intended target those new to the craft?

A video featuring the G.T. Gimmick a.k.a. Gecko Tail Gimmick. I created it and Jim Rosenbaum will be selling it, possibly including it with the new Gecko DVD coming soon.
